After a ten-hour surgery on Monday, Jeff Kepner, became the first person in the US to receive a double hand transplant.  After loosing both his hands to a bacterial infection, Kepner is in for intense physical therapy and a special anti-rejection protocol which includes a bone marrow transplant.
