Tandoori Chicken (ish)

The Marinade
1/2  c    Plain Yogurt
2     T    Lime Juice
1     t     minced Ginger
1.5  t     Chili Powder
1/2  t     minced Garlic
1     t     Paprika
1/4  t     Cinnamon
1/2  t     Pepper
1/4  t     Cumin

4           1/4 lb servings of chicken, I usually use Chicken Tenders but whole breasts are fine
              Oil for pan

Mix all marinade ingredients together in a small bowl.
If necessary, prepare chicken.  Add chicken and marinade to a ziptop bag.  It helps if bag is in a soup bowl.  Let marinate for 30 minutes to 24 hours.
When ready, Place rack in oven 4-5 inches from broiler element and preheat broiler.  Oil a baking sheet or broiler pan.  Place Chicken on pan.
Broil on for 5-7 minutes, remove and turn.  Broil for another 5 minutes or until done.
Great served cold the next day or on salad.
